High Court ruled for winding up of Pride inn in Sh69.3million debt

NAIROBI, KENYA: The PrideInn Hotels has moved to Court of Appeal to challenge a ruling by High Court seeking to wind up its business for failure to pay Sh 69.3 million.

High Court upheld a winding up petition filed by Tropicana Hotels over a Sh69.3 million debt. Tropicana says Pride Inn has been unable to pay the debt that was due in April 2012.
