Former TNA Secretary General Onyango Oloo has been elected new Kisumu County Assembly Speaker with 32 votes beating Ken Amondi who garnered 11.
Onyango was replaced by former Rarieda MP Raphael Tuju, who also edged him out of Jubilee Party’s top leadership afer which Oloo defected to the Orange DemocraticParty, ODM.
