Two Jubilee gubernatorial aspirants in Kajiado have accused former Interior Cabinet Secretary Joseph ole Lenku of inciting youth during his campaigns.
Former Kenya Meat Commission Chairman Taraiya ole Kores and businessman George Kingori were reacting to Lenku's claims at the weekend that the two aspirants had been planted by the incumbent, David Nkedianye of ODM, to spoil his (Lenku's) candidature.
Kores and Kingori described Lenku as a newcomer to politics who should avoid inciting the public. During the Kajiado political rally, Lenku attacked his Jubilee opponents, accusing them of working with Nkedianye to rock the party from within.
Speaking separately to The Standard on the phone, the two aspirants told Lenku to conduct mature campaigns.
