The Federation of Women Lawyers in Kenya (FIDA Kenya) condemns decision by Members of Parliament to reject the nomination of Dr. Monica Juma by the President as the Secretary to the Cabinet.
FIDA said the committee report cited a letter that Ms. Juma wrote to House clerks complaining about the number of visits and requests MPs made for transfers or employment of State workers as the main reason for her rejection.
