Baringo county: President Uhuru Kenyatta and retired President Daniel Moi are expected to grace the re-launching of the Kimalel Goat Auction and Festival in Baringo later this month. Kimalel Goat auction was popular during the 1980s before its decline as former president Moi’s era came to an end.
