Nairobi Senator Johnson Sakaja is now the talk of town after helping a man who had been dumped by his fiancée a few days before their wedding.
The video seen by Ureport shows Senator Sakaja rewarding the unnamed man with Sh50,000 at a church in Roysambu, Nairobi.
“I have heard a story about a man who was dumped because of being poor. He is our own, even if they reject him, he is ours," said Sakaja.
The philanthropic Senator also promised to support the man with a Sh15,000 stipend every month.
The Pastor of the Jesus Winner Ministry also swore to support the young man.

“You had promised that you will employ him with a monthly pay of fifteen thousand, I will add a similar amount to his pay every month,” Sakaja told the Pastor in presence of the cheering congregation.
The Jubilee politician further added he would provide the man with a vehicle to ensure that his wedding was a success.
“Use the money to plan for your wedding and don’t worry about your transportation, I will provide my car,” Sakaja advised.
He added: “Certain things in life happen for a reason and the bible says blessed are those who wait upon the Lord.
