A man allegedly skinning cats and using the meat to make samosas was arrested by County police on Thursday 14th September 2017 in Eastleigh.
He was then rushed to the City Hall Courts and is being held at the Central Police Station, said OCPD Robinson Thuku.
It is unknown how many people he has sold his samosas to but it was evident that he used cat meat – holding up a skinned cat while at the City Hall Courts.
There have also been cases in the past where it was reported that ‘mutura’ vendors used dog meat to make the evening delicacy.
