Moi University students were recently treated to a one-of-a-kind spectacle when event organiser Bill Okinda, a student at the institution, organised the first edition of Miss Curvaceous, Moi University Edition.
The event sought to discover the lady with the most shapely figure and voluptuous backside. And, by the time the curtains came down, one lady had stood out as the most ‘gifted’ of them all; Christine Ruby. She edged out all her fellow contestants to emerge the most curvaceous girl in the whole of Moi University, Main Campus.
“Christine is a very reserved person. At first, she didn’t even want to participate in the event, and it took a lot of convincing to get her on that stage. But when she finally did, she won,” Ruby’s manager, Emmanuel Maganga, told Campus Vibe.
Ruby, a soft-spoken 20-year-old first year student of business management at Moi University, says: “Winning Miss Curvaceous didn’t come as much of a shock for me because there wasn’t really any solid competition. There were eight of us, but I felt like none of the other girls could really beat me, right from the beginning.”
