Four people have died in a road accident involving three vehicles at the Eveready roundabout in Nakuru.
18 others were injured in the accident involving a police truck, a trailer and a 14-seater-matatu.
Confirming the incident, Rift Valley Traffic Commandant said two of those who died on the spot were Kenya Prisons warders while the other two casualties died while undergoing treatment at the Nakuru Level Five hospital.
The injured were rushed to hospital to receive further treatment.
The accident involved fuel tanker, a Kenya Prisons lorry and a 14-seater-matatu.
