Nyeri Women Representative Priscilla Nyokabi could face disciplinary action from The National Alliance (TNA) party over allegations that she had a hand in the ICC process which eventually led to the indictment of President Uhuru Kenyatta.
In a letter seen by ‘The Standard on Saturday’, TNA now wants the former Kituo Cha Sheria Executive Director to show cause as to why disciplinary action should not be taken against her.
According to the letter, Nyokabi was required to avail herself at the TNA Nyeri County offices yesterday to shed more light on allegations that she handled and tailored prosecution witness OTP 4 to fix Uhuru.
The allegations were made by anti-ICC crusader David Matsanga.
“Kindly avail yourself in our Nyeri offices to shed more light on allegations that OTP 4 story was hatched, handled and tailored by you while at Kituo Cha Sheria to fix Uhuru Kenyatta and Francis Muthaura,” the letter reads in part.

Damning allegations
“...Matsanga further alleges that while at the helm of Kituo Cha Sheria, you were given the task to destroy the Kenyatta establishment through ICC by documenting and arranging false Mungiki witnesses from Nyeri County to give false evidence on President Uhuru,” the letter went on.
Nyokabi was also required to respond to allegations that she coached witnesses and subsequently benefited financially.
In the letter Matsanga continues: “I have my hard facts that I can table in any court of law on how Priscilla Nyokabi and others fixed Uhuru, William Ruto and radio journalist Arap Sang’.”
Nyokabi was also asked to clear the air over allegations that she has been in touch with ICC by providing more links about political victims.
The letter that was copied to Uhuru and National Party Chair Onyango Oloo, was signed Dr Thuo Mathenge (TNA Chair Nyeri County), Mr Githua Phillip (Co-ordinator) and Mr Gachara Daniel (Co-ordinator). Nyokabi has since vehemently denied the allegations, terming them as a vendetta and saying Kituo cha Sheria only participated in victim identification during Operation Rudi Nyumbani spearheaded by the Government.
Efforts to contact her for comment were unsuccessful as she did not pick our calls or respond to our text messages.
Mr Oloo who confirmed that he had received the letter said, “We will communicate further action once she gives her response.”
