Nairobi, Kenya: Eagle Coalition presidential aspirant Peter Kenneth has called on Kenyans to learn from the nomination chaos being witnessed in some parties, as they prepare for March 4 elections.
“You have seen the kind of leaders you want to lead you. You should remember that the decision you will make will bind you for the next five years, don’t vote in the wrong leaders then regret later, ” said Kenneth on Sunday after a church service at Mavuno Church in Nairobi.
Even as the nomination sailed through smoothly in most parts of the country, chaos was witnessed in some areas fielding candidates in the major political parties.
Some aspirants affiliated to ODM and TNA have complained of rigging and zoning in some areas, forcing them to defect to other parties.

Kenneth said politics should not be just for convenience but should be what is right and what will help move the country forward.
Democratic rights
His running mate Ronald Osumba said the voters should exercise a lot of restraint and take time to vote in the right leaders.
“There is still a lot of opportunity for you to make the right decision. We should all exercise our democratic rights,” said Osumba.
He also called on the youth to be careful and not to be used for selfish political ambitions.
Osumba said Kenyans should not strive to walk the path of 2007/2008 post elections violence as the country approaches the general election set for March 4.
Kenneth said they will be submitting their party list on Tuesday and that they were on a path to victory.
Kenneth has been campaigning in different parts of the country and has promised to address unemployment, food, water scarcity, insecurity in urban dwellings, health care systems, and bring about reforms in the education sector.
