Police in Gem sub-county have launched investigations following the alleged torching of South an MCA's car on Sunday night.
According to Gem sub-county police boss Moses Chacha, unknown people set David Audi's car on fire at around midnight.
Speaking to The Standard on phone, Chacha said the South Gem MCA was not at home at the time of the incident.
"The MCA has reported the matter to the police and we've already visited the scene," Mr Chacha.
The OCPD added that police have launched investigations into the incident.

"It is reported that the MCA had gone to a friend's home when the incident happened," said Chacha. "We have some leads that will help us establish what could have transpired."
