Nancy Kigunzu alias Mathee wa Ngara and 3 co-accused will on Thursday, August 31, know their fate on bail application in Sh18.3 million bhang trafficking case.
Kigunzu was charged alongside Teresa Wanjiru and two others, one of them being a minor.
Earlier this week, the accused, who were presented before Magistrate Njeri Thuku, denied the charges of trafficking bhang. Kigunzu collapsed as the defense team led by lawyer Danstan Omari began arguing out her bail application.
The magistrate ordered that Kigunzu be brought back to the court on Wednesday, August 30, for bail determination after the court adjourned the proceedings.
The proceedings were held in camera because one of the victims is a minor; journalists and family members who were in court remained outside as the hearing went on.
