Nairobi, Kenya: Activist Okiya Omtatah was Monday arrested at Milimani Law Courts for possessing Government confidential documents.
The documents are said to be the ones he presented in court on Petition No 58 of 2014 on the Standard Gauge Railway.
CID officers who arrested him took him to Kilimani police station, he would be arraigned in court later on charges of possessing the confidential documents.

Omtatah had gone to court to file a petition challenging the labour institutions Act, which his application says to be inconsistent with the Law.
He appeared before Justice David Majanja and his application being certified urgent. He was later whisked away by CID officers who were waiting for him at gates of Milimani Law courts.
