It's thought Sheryl Anne Aldeguer died after being electrocuted by her USB phone charger
A mum-of-two was killed by her phone charger, after being electrocuted by the faulty device.
It's thought Sheryl Anne Aldeguer, 28, died when the USB charger sent 240 volts through her body as she chatted on the phone at her home in New South Wales, Australia.
The Sydney Morning Herald reports she was found by friends on April 23. She was still wearing headphones, with burns to her ears and chest.

Authorities believe her $4.95 USB phone charger sent an electrical pulse into her phone, which went through the earphones she had connected to the computer.
The nurse, originally from the Philippines, was due to start a new job within days of the tragedy and hoped her young family would soon join her in Australia.
Lynelle Collins, from New South Wales' Fair Trading department said: "The voltage seems to travel up through the faulty charger into her phone and she was wearing earplugs and also operating a laptop which was plugged into a power point.
"So the (electricity) travelled back down through the earphones to the laptop and into the power pont.
"240 volts (then) travelled up into the phone which obviously the phone isn't designed to handle."
The mobile phone business the charger came from could now face an $875,000 fine and a two-year custodial sentence, if they are found to have sold Ms Aldeguer a non-compliant device.
