Education CS Fred Matiang'i on Wednesday 20 November released the Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) results.
According to CS Matiangi, there has been a decline in the number of students who have qualified to join university. He also added that boys have generally performed better than girls.
The number of grade As in the KCSE 2017 results has increased from to 142 compared to 141 in 2016.
