Governor Hassan Joho to know his fate regarding claims that he forged academic certificates.
The High Court is expected to rule on whether the police should continue investigating Mr. Joho for allegedly forging a Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) certificate.
Joho has denied forging the document and maintains he sat his KCSE in 1993 and not 1992 as claimed. It is alleged he forged the certificate to gain admission to the University of Nairobi.
