Let's make this simple and delicious beef dish, with some red capsicum infused. The capsicum will give it a sweet punch, making it one of a kind.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

500g beef fillet steak (cut into strips)

One large red capsicum or bell pepper, cut into strips

One onion, sliced

Salt to taste

One teaspoon of black pepper

One teaspoon of garlic mince

One tablespoon of vegetable oil

Juice of one lemon

WHAT TO DO

In a wok over medium heat, put in the oil and saute the onions until soft. Add the garlic and mix well, then go in with the beef strips. Cook for about 5 minutes or so.

Add the salt and pepper cook for another two minutes, then go in with the red capsicum. Mix well; it should produce its own juices. Reduce heat to low and squeeze the juice of one lemon.

It is now ready to serve with either ugali or mashed potatoes. Enjoy!
