1 capsicum, cut into strips
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Salt to taste
2 green chillies, chopped
1 large onion, chopped
What to do:
In a pot over medium heat add the oil and onions. Sauté the onions until soft. Add the garlic-ginger paste and black pepper and stir.
Cook for two minutes, then add the capsicum and green chillies. Now add the liver and cook for about two minutes.
Add salt and reduce the heat to medium-low. Cover the pot and stir constantly. When the liver is almost done, turn the heat to medium-high and stir constantly.
Remove from heat when the liver is well cooked. Enjoy with mahamri or your favourite bread.
