Rachael Otuoma, widow of former Kenyan footballer Ezekiel Otuoma, has found herself in the spotlight following rumors of an alleged romantic relationship with popular US-based TikToker Menace.

In an interview with media personality Oga Obinna, Rachael denied the relationship rumors, stating, "Menace is a good friend of mine.

I have no comments regarding the issue. Menace is a very busy man and there is no need of calling him." She declined Obinna's request to phone Menace during the interview.

Despite her response, the speculation intensified when Menace posted a video clip showing Rachael dining at a popular restaurant, set to the romantic song "Me Too" by Abigail Chams and Harmonize.

This move stirred more public curiosity.

After her husband's death in December 2024 from Motor Neurone Disease (MND), Rachael received overwhelming support from fans and family. However, recent speculation about her alleged closeness with Menace has sparked mixed reactions online.

Prior to the interview, the duo had appeared together on a TikTok Live session, where Menace was seen offering her advice and encouraging her to stay calm while addressing questions.

For many viewers, their chemistry suggested there might be more than friendship between them.

Rachael's late husband, Ezekiel Otuoma, passed away on December 20, 2024, after a courageous and public battle with MND.

Throughout his illness, Rachael was by his side, earning admiration from many.

Known for his stellar performances with AFC Leopards and other Kenyan clubs, Otuoma was a beloved player.

The football and TikTok communities rallied together to raise funds for his funeral through a live online fundraiser.
