Miley Cyrus wished a fan a better marriage than the one she had with her ex-husband Liam Hemsworth in a savage TikTok post.

Miley Cyrus has made a jibe at her marriage to Liam Hemsworth by issuing a stark warning to a fan. The Midnight Sky singer, 28, responded to a fan who said they would get married if she replied to them, and she wished them a better marriage than she had. She split up from Liam, 30, after less than a year of marriage, with their divorce getting finalised at the beginning of this year. TikTok user De4dangel took to the video-sharing app to post a video of herself dancing with a male friend as they tried to get Miley's attention.

"If Miley Cyrus comments we will get married," they captioned the video.

The trick worked, and Miley responded in the video's comments with what many are interpreting as a dig at Liam.

"Hope it goes better for you two than it did for me," she wrote.

She added "congrats" and the engagement ring, skull and crossbones and black love heart emojis. In August last year, Miley and Liam confirmed their breakup just days later she was seen kissing Kaitlynn Carter on a yacht.

Miley was seen kissing Kaitlynn Carter just days after it was announced that her marriage was over.

This sparked speculation that they had split up because Miley cheated on him, which she furiously denied. She tweeted at the time: "I can admit to a lot of things but I refuse to admit that my marriage ended because of cheating. Liam and I have been together for a decade. I've said it before & it remains true, I love Liam and always will."
