If you thought Yoweri Museveni had no romantic bone in his body, then think again.
The Ugandan president took to his social media to wish his wife, Janet Kataha Museveni, a happy birthday praising her for being a great mother to their children.
Looking good as ever, Uganda’s First Lady clocked 70.
“Please join me in wishing Mama Janet a happy 70th birthday. She is an exemplary mother to our children and has mothered many other children in this nation. May God grant you many more years of continued health as you serve this country,” the post by President Museveni read.
Museveni and his wife, who have been married for over 40 years are blessed with four children, Muhoozi Kainerugaba, Natasha Karugire, Patience Rwabwogo and Diana Kamuntu.

Janet has been Uganda’s First Lady for the past 31 years since her husband took office in 1986.
She has been Minister of Education and Sports in the Cabinet of Uganda since June 6th 2016 and she previously served as Minister for Karamoja Affairs from May 27th, 2011 to June 2016.
She also served as the elected Member of Parliament representing Ruhaama County in Ntungamo District from 2011 to 2016.
