This is the question her fans have been asking for the longest time since she revealed that she and Otile Brown were an item.
For a minute, everyone was casting doubts as to the authenticity of their relationship terming it as a one sided affair with the artist posting photos of Vera while she does not post any photos of him on her social media.
Well, the reason she does not post his photos is because according to the socialite turned entrepreneur, their relationship is not all showbiz.
Speaking during the launch of her high end beauty parlor in Westlands on Sunday 24th, the gorgeous socialite revealed that her love language is different.
‘’People have different ways of expressing or experiencing affection. He (referring to Otile Brown) is the kind of a person who will go all out.’’ She was quoted as saying by a local tabloid.
‘’I would wake up one morning and while going through my Instagram page, I would see his posts about me. He likes to surprise me with such things. He is that kind of a person. That is his way of expressing affection, which is kind of different from my way.’’ She added.
Hurt from previous relationships, Vera indicated that the other reason she does not share her bae’s photos is out of caution.
‘’I have been in a relationship before and I am always trying to be careful as well. I am not saying it (posting a partner’s photo on social media) is a bad thing. I am just trying to make sure that we are making the right moves; that we are not rushing into things.’’ She said.
She went on to dispel the notion that despite people thinking she was the one making him post photos of her.
‘’People think I am telling Otile Brown to post my pictures on his social media pages, no. He does it because he wants to, and not because I asked him to. He does not expect me to do the same.’’ She said.
The two love birds hooked up a few months ago and have been going strong ever since.
