A meeting between a governor and his executives ended prematurely after the governor became violent and started throwing water bottles at his ministers.
The county boss had convened an urgent meeting to deliberate on the impending by-election, which could see all of them lose their jobs.
The governor is said to have been angered by a proposal by one of his executives who thought the meeting could have waited the outcome of a court ruling.
The executive reportedly said, “But boss, I think we should wait for everything to crystalize out first so that we come up with strategies. We will be acting like cowards if we start rolling out a campaign plan.”
This didn’t go down well with the boss. He got up with a bottle of water and aimed it at the exec. It took the intervention of other executives to restrain the angry governor from physically attacking his officer.
