Matatus registered to the River of God (ROG)Sacco are said to be disciplined.
But Joseph Otieno, a resident of Bahati and regular customer of ROG mathrees doesn’t buy this vibe.
He claims the driver of a minibus bus with registration number KCJ 963 J belonging to the Sacco, insulted him.
“I was heading upcountry with my family on August 6 evening. We boarded the bus in the estate and we had planned to alight around Muthurwa area.
I had told the conductor in advance but when we reached there, the driver refused to stop. He hurled insults at me, claiming I was behaving like a ‘cow.’ All this, was in front of my kids and wife. I was really humiliated.”
We hope the management will address this before the Sacco loses customers.
