Two brothers are in trouble after they allegedly broke rider's hand in a fight over Sh100.
Peter Kisungi and Muli Kisungi were both arraigned at the Makadara law courts where they were charged for causing grievous harm to Oliver Onesmus Mwendwa on the night of February 21 at Soweto within Nairobi's Embakasi East Sub county.
Prior to the incident, the duo is said to have helped the complainant fix his motorbike after it developed a mechanical hitch at Sh500.
The complainant paid Sh400 with a promise to pay the balance before the end of the week.
On material day, the accused persons spotted the complainant waiting for a client and they went to attack him with kicks and blows.
They claimed that the complainant had been dodging whenever he spotted them. They demanded for the pay as they attacked him and broke his hand.
He was rushed to a hospital in Eastleigh where he was admitted for three days.
The brothers have since been granted a bond of Sh100,000 each with an alternative bail of Sh80,000.
