Turkana Governor Jeremiah Lomorukai has condemned an attack where three police officers were killed and eight others injured.
Lomorukai said that there have been several attacks witnessed in the past few days, with the latest being a siege at Kainuk in Turkana South by suspected bandits which led to the death of three police officers.
He said that the said insecurity in the area has deteriorated to unacceptable levels and that cases of attacks on police officers have become too frequent.
"We call on the National Government to move with speed and take action immediately to bring those responsible to justice," said Lomorukai
