The Kenya National Examinations Council has released the 2021 Kenya Certificate Secondary Education exam timetable. Candidates will sit the exam between February 28, 2022, and April 1, 2022.
Projects for Art and Design, Agriculture, Woodwork, Metalwork, Building and Construction and Computer Science will be submitted before January 31, 2021.
All KCSE candidates will undertake rehearsals on Friday, February 25, 2022, and then do French, German, Arabic orals and Kenyan sign language between Monday, February 28, 2022, and Friday, March 4 2022.

Schools are required to upload marks for subjects with a project component by October 30, 2021, for Milestone 1 and January 31, 2022, for Milestone 2 where applicable.
On Monday, March 14, 2022, candidates will sit English Paper One (Functional Skills) and Chemistry Paper One followed by Mathematics Paper One and English Paper Two (Comprehension, Literary Appreciation and Grammar) on Tuesday, March 15. On Wednesday, the candidates will sit English Paper Three, Chemistry Paper Two and General Science Paper One.
Both Kiswahili Papers One and Two will be done on Thursday, March 17. Chemistry practicals will be undertaken on Friday, March 18.
On Monday, March 21, they will sit Mathematics Paper Two and Biology Paper One.
Christian Religious Education, Hindu and Islamic Religious Education examinations will be done on March 22, the same day Kiswahili Paper Three exam will be done.
Biology Paper Two, History and Government Paper One will be tackled on Wednesday, March 23 followed by religious papers and History Paper Two on Thursday, March 24.
Biology practicals will be done on Friday 25.
On Monday, March 28, candidates will sit Physics Paper One and General Science Paper and Geography Paper One followed by Agriculture and Business Paper One on Tuesday, March 29.
Physics and Geography Paper Two will be tackled on Wednesday, March 30 followed by Business Paper Two and Agriculture Paper Two on Thursday, March 31.
