The body of 33-year-old Magrate Akinyi was found in their house lying in a pool of blood in their house by neighbours who had seen blood flowing from inside the house.
According to Kithi sub-Location assistant chief Dickens Nyanguso, the suspect reported to be a Tanzanian must have fled the house at night after the fatal attack.
“It is like she was killed at night then the suspect fled, we are yet to establish the motive of the killing,” said Nyanguso.
The administrator also said the deceased had separated with her husband some day’s back and was living with her suspected attacker.
