Locals of Umoja in Rongai, Nakuru County today woke up to shocking news of cow giving birth to a calf with seven legs.
Apart from the normal legs, the calf had other two on its back and another near the tail.
Kipkorir Langat owner of the cow said he was shocked as well.
Neighbors gathered at the home to get a glance of the rare creature. The calve at the time of visit had died

"I never expected this and my cow was well all along, what I have seen shocked me," he said.
A veterinary officer who offered Artificial Insemination to the cow last year, informed him that the cow was to give birth to twins.
Francis Langat a neighbor said they have never seen such and were shocked.
"We have seen a calf born with seven legs. We hope it's an abnormality during fertilization," said Mary Njoki another neighbor.
