Ex- Safaricom CEO Bob Collymore’s memorial service was today held at the All Saints Cathedral in Nairobi, bringing together leaders from both political and corporate circles.
The colourful memorial service was graced by President Uhuru Kenyatta, First Lady Margaret, Deputy President William Ruto, Former UK Prime Minister Tony Blair.
Speakers gave emotional accounts of how they interacted with the late Safaricom boss who died on Monday morning.

Baringo Senator Gideon Moi, Nairobi Senator Johnson Sakaja and Machakos Governor Alfred Mutua were also in attendance to remember the life and times of the Safaricom boss.
Others guests present included Safaricom’s interim CEO Michael Joseph, former presidential aspirant Peter Kenneth and a close friend of Collymore, Director of Centum Investments and business conglomerate Chris Kirubi, ICT Cabinet Secretary Joe Mucheru, Wiper Leader Kalonzo Musyoka and businessman Manu Chandaria.
