ifikiewazazi started to expose a crop of kids calling themselves Instagram models in Kenya when actually all they do is take raunchy photos.
OVER DI BAR
This started when a Nigerian fan-filmed himself shouting Over di bar (Over the bar) when Nigeria conceded a penalty against Iceland with the Nigerians leading 2-0.
He kept chanting as Gylfi Sigurðsson lined up for his spot kick, and sure enough, the ball went over the bar.
IF YOU KNOW YOU KNOW
The defining phrase of an inside joke to information only a select few know about
PAMBANA NA HALI YAKO
This means “deal with your situation”.
CHEZA KAMA WEWE
Make it happen or make it count
I’M NOT BOARDING!
This started when lawyer Miguna Miguna caused drama at the JKIA when he refused to board a Dubai-bound plane meant to re-deport him to Canada, just hours after he had landed in the country.
The phrase is now famously used to say no.
NTAAMBIA NINI WATU
This is used when one is not so proud of something he/she has done and they wonder how they will explain to people what happened.
