During the opening ceremony of the County Assemblies Sports and Culture Festival in Nairobi’s Kasarani Stadium, the curtain-raising event was a penalty shot taken by Deputy President William Ruto.



Nairobi County Assembly Speaker Beatrice Elachi was the goalkeeper.
