Raymond Ochieng has been appointed the first ever substantive CEO at the National Youth Council.
Until his appointment, Mr Ochieng was a public sector strategy and management consultant with a specialty in transformation strategies and results-based management and government transformation.
For the last six years, he has been domiciled within the public management sector, developing transformation strategies for the National Police Service Commission and the then Office of the Prime Minister.
