Everton, West Ham, Marseille and AC Milan have expressed seeking Arsenal forward Olivier Giroud who Dortmund are also eyeing before the close of the transfer window.
Chelsea reached an agreement with Monaco on a move that could see midfielder Tiemoue Bakayoko, 22, join the Antonio Conte side for £40m on a five-year deal.
