Chelsea will have to give a nod or pull out of a possible transfer deal of about £60m to have 28-year-old Borussia Dortmund striker Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang on their squad.
The English deal have reportedly been offered the chance after Chinese side Tianjin Quanjian failed to take the striker.
This comes as EPL champions’ forward Eden Hazard overturned a possible move to Real Madrid as he is said to have called the European side coach Zinedine Zidane informing him that it was not possible this summer.
Everton, West Ham, Marseille and AC Milan have expressed seeking Arsenal forward Olivier Giroud who Dortmund are also eyeing before the close of the transfer window.
Chelsea reached an agreement with Monaco on a move that could see midfielder Tiemoue Bakayoko, 22, join the Antonio Conte side for £40m on a five-year deal.
