Ruto: I'll make Wamalwa running mate in 2022 polls

Now this is what happens when you run out of ideas. The other day Uhuru was promising Kalonzo the deputy president's position in 2022 and now Ruto is promising Wamalwa the same thing.
Tomorrow they will promise Raila the same seat.

This promise is illusory. If Eugene Wamalwa cannot deliver Western as a whole, which he is unlikely to do because he is not the most popular Luhya leader, he will be useless to Ruto.
That is why Ruto is trying to appease the base with illusory promises.

Time has come for the seat of the president to be taken away from the two communities.
The next community in line should be Luhyas. So don't entice them with the DP's position.
