The Standard Digital team visited Masinde Muliro University on May 23rd 2017 for campus talks themed How to thrive on digital.
This was the fourth edition of the campus talks since its inception in 2016.

The campus talks aim at creating awareness on proper participation in the digital sphere, how to write for digital,importance of having a clean online presence and how to thrive on the digital space.
About 250-300 students and 8 faculty members attended the event which was held at the heart of Kakamega town.

The speakers highlighted opportunities available at the digital platform and how students can actively participate while still in campus by writing for the Citizen Journalism platform Ureport.

The Masinde Muliro HOD Dr. Bob Mbori thanked Standard digital for their noble cause of educating university students on Digital preparedness and encouraged students to utilize the available platforms on Standard digital to develop their skills.
