According to recent analyses by Ipsos Synovate and Infotrak on the most preferred presidential candidate, President Uhuru Kenyatta is still in the lead with an average of 50 per cent followed by Raila Odinga.
This means that despite all the criticism directed at the Government, many people still have faith in it and believe a second chance would give Uhuru ample time to complete various projects.
Whereas Opposition leader Raila followed with an average of 26 per cent, Kalonzo Musyoka and Musalia Mudavadi had 3 per cent each. I think this will demoralise his supporters. This is after Raila claimed to have the tyranny of numbers. This may cause people move towards supporting Uhuru, and is creating division in the Opposition
