GOtv marks five years in the Kenyan market this week, and to celebrate, it has reduced monthly subscription charges.
The pay-TV provider has announced a 28 per cent and 53 per cent cut in subscriptions for its GOtv Value and GOtv Lite offerings, respectively. The price reduction took effect on Saturday, and will see GOtv Value subscribers pay Sh470 from Sh650 a month, with Gotv Lite customers paying Sh840 per year, down from Sh1,800.
“This cut in price is a show of increased commitment by GOtv to deliver the most affordable digital family entertainment to its subscribers,” the firm’s general manager, Felix Kyengo, said. — Wilberforce Okwiri
