Have you ever stopped and asked yourself where we went wrong in the management of Kenya airways?
In the beginning it was one of the profit making firm of the government, but how comes the same firm can manage to make losses worthy 11 billion in one month, and no matter how many billions the government pumps in it cannot stand to its fits again!
Here is the thing, Kenya airways does not offer best customer care services compared even to flight 540 which is privately owned. The reality is many people travel in Kenya airways because they want to see it come to its feet again and they don’t want to take the blame for its downfall.
You can try to imagine a scenario where you are travelling on a long distance maybe from Kenya to England and all that they can offer you is a packet of groundnuts and a glass of delmonte juice. Many are the times that someone from Nairobi who want to board a flight to Mombasa may be forced to wait in the name of, “we are waiting for a flight coming from Lusaka that will be landing here in a few minutes, and then you will proceed with the same flight to Mombasa.” Isn’t that pathetic?
It does not even hit the logic that a third class plane of fly emirates offers better services than a first class plane of the Kenya airways.

It is such a dishonor if I may say that His excellency president Uhuru Kenyatta, a whole president of the republic of Kenya alight from Kenya and he is forced to pass through one of the countries offering good air services, so that he can take a flight from there to the unites states. That’s literary becoming a passenger which is not bad in my view.
In the recent past Kenya airways has been not in good terms with its employers, and due to the losses they are making the best option they oath to take force them to resign their duties. The next thing we are going to experience is court battles between the two. And the possible outcome is that the court will rule that they be paid. Now that is a big joke right? Imagine a company making losses amounting to 11 billion is being told to pay a worker who is 30 years of age and was supposed to retire while 55 years!. So in short it’s being told to pay the worker his salary amounting to the next 25 years when he will not be working. It will collapse.
The only way out of this whole big problem might be that the government sell Kenya airways to a private investor and agree not to change its name so that it remains to be Kenya airways flying up there the pride of Africa. The government has failed to manage Kenya airways.
