Jubilee MPs who are deriding the International Criminal Court (ICC) over the way it is handling the case facing Deputy President William Ruto might worsen matters for the latter.
It is unfortunate that the ICC judges have also realised the political game being played by Jubilee MPs led by Leader of Majority Aden Duale.
MPs should know that any statement geared towards compromising proceedings is contempt of court.
It is a pity that the Jubilee administration has turned DP Ruto’s prayer rallies into a forum to ridicule the ICC.
Even Senator Kipchumba Murkomen, once a human rights activist who used criticise the government, is now going contrary to the thing he used to advocate.

Jubilee should realise that they are painting a bad picture of our beloved country to the world. The bitter fact is that they have no influence at the ICC. They only have authority in the Kenyan Parliament where they can manipulate laws and come up with bills that will intimidate the Press.
Let ICC conduct Ruto’s case in the best way possible as stipulated in the Rome Statute and in accordance with fundamental principles of the international law.
