Kenya: Lawyer Cliff Ombeta, who was representing Televangelist James Ng’ang’a in a road accident case, has withdrawn himself citing lack of proper directions.
Ombeta was also representing police officer Christopher Nzioka who is charged alongside the pastor. Ng’ang’a will now continue being represented by lawyer Assa Nyakundi.
Ng’ang’a was charged at a Limuru court last week over a fatal crash that left a woman dead and her husband seriously injured.
He denied all the counts and was released on bond last Friday.
