KENYA: A Tanzanian fisherman committed suicide at Muhuru Bay following a family feud.
Nyatike OCPD Dishon Chebaka said the fisherman, Isaya Siengo was found dangling on rope in his house by his colleagues.
“We received information from a neighbour who they worked with in the lake. We went and found the body dangling from a rope in his house,” said Mr Chebaka.
“We have established that the deceased had a family feud with the wife who allegedly eloped with another man,” he added.
A neighbour, who sought anonymity, however, told The Standard that the deceased had problems from his home in Tanzania.
