Migori, Kenya: An ex-convict has been lynched by a mob in Mukuro village after he allegedly hacked his brother to death before chopping off his private parts.
Bernard Ouma, 31, is reported to have served a four-year jail term for a similar case and had just been released a few weeks
ago.
He allegedly killed Oloo Ogada, 20, and dragged his body to his house where he chopped off his private parts and then dumped the body on the banks of River Migori.
The angry villagers, who went out looking for the body of Ogada were reported to have followed blood stains that led them to Ouma’s house.

Suna West Sub-County Deputy Commissioner Yusuf Boru said: “After the deceased went missing, villagers traced and unfortunately found his lifeless body along the river bank. We have also established Ouma was mentally challenged and is reported to be a close relative of Ogada.”
Meanwhile, a man died after his motorcycle rammed into a pick-up that was parked beside the road.
