St John Kenya has appointed Joseph Wang’endo as the new CEO. He joins St John Kenya from Bloodlink Foundation, where he was executive director and founder.
Mr Wang’endo has 20 years of experience in non-profit management, and holds an MBA in non-profit management from the University of St Thomas, Graduate School of Business, in Minneapolis, USA.
He is an Advisory Council Board member of the global Certified Fundraising Executives (CFRE) programme based in the US, and the secretary of the Kenya Association of Fundraising Professionals.
