All Bungoma MCAs support Pesa Mashinani

Bungoma, Kenya: All Bungoma Members of the County Assembly (MCAs) support the push for more resources to the counties.

The county's Deputy Speaker Jane Chebet, who is also the Cheptais Ward Representative, said they have held several meetings and all her colleagues fully support the governors who are championing a national referendum for "Pesa Mashinani".

Speaking in her ward after officiating the handing over of driving licenses to over 200 boda boda operators over the weekend,, Chebet said they support the increase of funds allocated to the counties for the sake of development.

"We are all in support of the Pesa Mashinani initiative," said Chebet.
