Kiprop Limo and Pauline Kahenya won the 42nd edition of the Stramilano Half-Marathon on Sunday. Twenty-year old Limo showed his mettle on a rainy, cold and windy day in Milan to cut the tape in a time of 1:1. 49.
It was nearly three minutes later when Robert Chemosin came second in 1:03:36. Ahmed El Mazoury of Italy was third in 1:03:37. In the women’s race, Kahenya clocked 1:11:19 to win. Hellen Jepkurgat (1:11:21 ) and Emma Quaglia (1:12:37) were second and third respectively.
