The High Court in Nairobi has ordered that National Hospital Insurance Fund (NHIF) and the Meridian Hospital to file a joint statement on issues to be determined in readiness for pre-trial on February 18.
Justice Jaqueline Kamau ordered that the two parties should agree on the matters to be determined by the court and file the statement within seven days.
Justice Kamau gave the orders after the court heard that NHIF, which is the respondent, had not filed list of witnesses and their statements.
Meridian Hospital is seeking more than Sh100 million from NHIF for termination of contract which they say was illegally done and without notice.
