Elgeyo/Marakwet, Kenya: Police in Marakwet East District, Elgeyo/Marakwet County, have arrested a man suspected to have been involved in a series of rapes in Kerio valley region.
The suspect aged 40 is allegedly to have separately raped five women within a period of one week and was arrested planning to commit the same acts.
Three women, who had been raped, positively identified him as the perpetrator.
