Nairobi, Kenya: The National Assembly has approved the appointment of John Mututho as the chairman of the board of the National Authority for the Campaign against Drug Abuse (Nacada).
Mututho will now await formal appointment by the President. The approval came a day after the National Assembly’s Committee of Administration and National Security Mututho’s nomination.
Chairman of the committee Asman Kamama (MP Tiaty) had submitted a report to the MPS with rejection of the former MP, at least until two cases against him are concluded in courts.
